Following her 55-date tour of regional Australia earlier this year, Kate Miller-Heidke is hitting the road again in February/March 2025 for her Telling Tales tour.
By the time the tour begins, Miller-Heidke will have starred in a whole season of The Voice Australia, offering guidance and her trademark sense of humour to contestants while keeping casual audiences enthralled (and perhaps even digging into her music).
The tour has been described as one that contains “intimate, exposed, and revealing” performances, with the Last Day On Earth singer to be accompanied by her husband and longtime collaborator, Keir Nuttall, on guitar. Miller-Heidke will be joined by special guest Elana Stone (of All Our Exes Live In Texas fame) on all tour dates, excluding WA.
The Telling Tales tour begins with two dates at Sydney’s City Recital Hall on Friday, 7 February, and Saturday, 8 February, before heading to Toowoomba’s Empire Theatre (Friday, 14 February), Brisbane’s QPAC Concert Hall (Saturday, 15 February), Thirroul’s Anita’s Theatre (Friday, 21 February), Newcastle Civic Theatre (Saturday, 22 February), Melbourne’s Hamer Hall (Friday, 28 February), Bendigo’s Ulumbarra Theatre (Saturday, 1 March), Geraldton’s Queens Park Theatre (Friday, 7 March), and ending at Perth’s His Majesty’s Theatre on Saturday, 8 March. All shows cater to fans of all ages.
Tickets to all shows go on sale this Friday, 20 September, at 11 am AEST via Kate Miller-Heidke’s website.

Kate Miller-Heidke has been busy with projects outside her own music for a while, with her critically acclaimed musical Bananaland winning huge awards at Queensland’s prestigious Matilda Awards earlier this year.
In a live review of Bananaland for The Music, Emma Newbury described the musical as a “hit”.
Discussing the emotions throughout the musical in the write-up, Newbury concluded, “Life imitates art imitates life, and we laughed and cried as Bananaland showed a lot of us creatives our own quandaries thrown back to us but in a better-dressed, well-versed way. This piece of work can teach us all a lesson about the chameleonism of not just creative pursuits but of growing up.”
