COGCOG’s first shows of 2026 kick off in Western Australia this month, and they’re not ending the fun there.
The Aussie rock icons just added eight new shows to their Walk The Line tour. While the band are performing in WA this month, they’ll continue touring in April, playing in Gosford, Sydney's Northern Beaches, Canberra, Wollongong, Penrith, Hobart, Chelsea Heights and Barwon Heads.
Last year, COG closed 2025 with a bang with performances in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Newcastle, Brisbane, Caloundra, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Byron Bay and Coffs Harbour. And now, it seems that the trio – Flynn Gower, Luke Gower and Lucius Borich – are showing no signs of slowing down in 2026.
Tickets for COG’s newly announced 2026 headline shows will be available this Friday, 16 January, at 9 am AEDT via the band’s Linktree.
Celebrating the release of Walk The Line, COG’s first taste of new music since 2019, their 2026 shows will encourage fans to enjoy new and old favourites and mark their first Tasmanian show in a decade.
They last performed in Tasmania in 2016, on their sold-out reunion tour. And, for the Hobart and Wollongong shows, fans can cancel babysitter duties and bring the kids, as those gigs are all-ages. You can check out the dates and venues below.

“The feedback and response we’ve had so far to Walk The Line and the upcoming shows has been fantastic,” vocalist Flynn Gower said. “It makes us feel so good to know that people are enjoying what we’ve put so much time and love into.”
COG returned with Walk The Line last September, a propulsive piece of music that found the group leaning into prescient themes as they reflected on the current realities of life as a musician in 2025.
“Walk The Line expresses it all for us,” Gower explained. “Life for the three of us is fucking hard at the moment; the three of us individually are struggling to just survive and keep our heads above water. When you look at the work that goes into a song like this alone, the cost and the general lack of return, it's all becoming almost impossible for us.”
He continued, “Almost everyone I know is in the same boat. They’re on struggle street, scratching their heads and wondering how to survive. The microcosm of the music and arts industry in Australia has gotten especially tough, and we're all feeling the effects of that.”
“As a band, we are working on stuff, we’re working towards other songs. But at this point in time, we really don't know what the future holds, and we don’t know if this will be the last song. And that’s really what Walk The Line is all about at its core."
