Gold Coast based pop punk band Skyway played a new song off their upcoming album "Finders Keepers", at their show last week in Brisbane. The band will be working once again with long time producer/manager, Dan Field, and with US producer, Steve Evetts (Saves the Day, Lifetime, Every Time I Die) recording between Capital studio in Adelaide and Studio 454 in Brisbane, and mixing in Los Angeles, USA. Release of the album is planned for May 2011, and will feature some special guest performances from past and present Australian artists.

Having toured together on the 2010 Warped Tour, Parkway Drive and UK's You Me At Six clicked from the word go. It may have been a case of World Cup fever from watching many a game together or the friendly games of soccer the bands played themselves that bonded them, but one thing is for sure it was a shared outlook and attitude that brought the two groups together from the opposite sides of the globe and genre spectrum."I think the name of the tour says it all" says Parkway Drive vocalist Winston McCall. "When we first started going to shows we we're stoked to be able to see a bunch of bands that we liked, but also that may not sound exactly the same. These days it seems every tour has become so stream lined to one particular sound you may as well be watching the same band play four or five times in a row". A step backwards with generic ideas.

As one of Australias hardest working independent bands, The Resignators have seen it all. Playing over 400 shows both nationally and internationally including exstensive tours of the USA and Canada and a showcase performance at SXSW 2009, the road hardened mob know how to get people off their feet with their ska infused beats. The bands vocallist Francis kindly took time out of his busy schedule and answered a few questions.

Five records, three years and a whole dose of love-struck diary entries later - Rise Records newcomers and Boston city long-timers, Transit find their way to Australian territory in the form of a Killyourstereo conversation.  Despite their cross-filled tour calendars and relentless writing ethic, they managed to take the time to shed light on releases of the past and those to come.  

Once one of Australia's most heavy and aggressive acts, Melbourne hardcore outfit, Samsara have recently announced their disbanding.  The group offered the following statements towards the event: After many ups and downs in the last few years, Samsara has decided to call it a day. It is with sadness that we come to this decision after recording Instinct, which we are all proud of, but due to circumstances it is impossible to carry on. Thanks to everyone who has come to shows, bought merch or spent cash on a CD, it is appreciated. Samsara will play one final in late April at the Arthouse, dates to be confirmed. Parkway Drive have posted the video of them performing their track "Sleepwalker" live on the Fuel TV program The Daily Habit. The band stopped in to record the video while in America for their current headlining tour with Set Your Goals, The Ghost Inside and The Warriors. The song is taken from the band's latest album, "Deep Blue", which was released last year through Resist Records, and came in at number 4 overall on the 2010 Killyourstereo Album of the Year poll.

Balance And Composure have posted their fourth and final video from the studio, where the band has just completed recording their debut album.

Senses Fail have posted the new music video for their song "The Fire". The track is taken from the band's new album, also titled "The Fire", which is out now through Vagrant Records.

Radiohead have posted the new music video for their song "Lotus Flower". The song is taken from the band's new album "The King Of Limbs", which is available now digitally.
