Run For Cover Records have announced that the Tigers Jaw/Black Clouds split has been delayed due to Black Clouds encountering legal issues due to their name. The label posted the following message about the delay: "We have some bad/weird news regarding these splits shipping. Black Clouds have run into some legal trouble regarding their name and are unfortunately going to have to change it due to another band owning the copyright. We are currently in the process of getting the covers printed with their new name, and expect a setback of only 7-10 days. The vinyl is complete and digital downloads will be sent out in the next 48 hours. Thanks for understanding and we will update you again soon!"

Virginia melodic death metal veteran, Arsis, has announced Shawn Priest as the full-time replacement for recently departed drummer, Mike Van Dyne. Priest, who has toured with Arsis in the past, will be behind the kit for the band's upcoming fifth studio album. Strife have announced some of the guest apperances that are set to feature on their forthcoming new album. Along with Igor Cavalera (ex-Sepultura, Cavalera Conspiracy) recording the drums for the album, Marc Rizzo (Soulfly) has provided guitar contributions, and Billy Graziadei (Biohazard) and Scott Vogel (Terror) have sang on the record. The band recorded the new album at Mix Nova Studios in Brazil with Terror drummer Nick Jett (Backtrack, Take Offense), and it was mastered by Matt Hyde (Hatebreed, Slayer)

On Bodies, the band that features ex-members of As Friends Rust, Culture, Terror, Morning Again and Until The End, have posted the new music video for their song "Just Can’t Win". The song is taken from the band's latest EP "Planet Hospice", which is out now through Eulogy Recordings, and on vinyl through American Enemy Records.
