April 2012 sees Adelaide's Night Hag set to release their 7" record entitled Confidence Man on Monolith Records, along with an East Coast Tour to coincide with its release. Having embodied a sense of DIY professionalism from the word go, Adelaide’s Night Hag has experienced a couple of extremely productive years as a band. Shortly before setting off on their extensive tour of South East Asia in January, the five-piece found time to record Confidence Man. It is the latest in a succession of dark releases, with an approach earthed in hardcore punk while viciously tearing into the realms of black metal and doom. Lean, precise, and excruciatingly yet effortlessly executed, Night Hag is a part of a musical lineage that includes The Rivalry, Space Bong, Hydromedusa, God God Dammit Dammit and more. On the back of Confidence Man, Night Hag is set to tour the East Coast of Australia starting April 27 and including Brisbane, Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide dates.
