The Gaslight Anthem have announced the launch of their own fan club, named "The 45 RPM Club". To be a part of the club, it will cost you a yearly amount of $25, which will entitle you to a 45 RPM Fan Club T-Shirt, an exclusive 45 RPM Club only holiday 7-inch of some description, a sticker pack, exclusive merch and pre-sale ticket access, and access to a board where you can "talk to other fans, share live recordings, photos, and [your] thoughts."

Green Day have posted the video trailer for "¡Dos!", the second album in their forthcoming trilogy album series, "¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tre!".The band's vocalist and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong discussed "¡Dos!" in a recent interview with Rolling Stone:"People ask me all the time. Even my son asked me, "Dad, would you ever go back to playing songs like from [1994's] Dookie and [1992's] Kerplunk?" I love those records. I love the punk stuff I grew up on. But there are so many bands who make the mistake – "We're going back, old-school." Well, that's all you're doing. You already did it. So we're changing the guitar sound. We're not going with the big Marshall-amp thing. We wanted something punchier, more power pop – somewhere between AC/DC and the early Beatles."

On August 3rd Anti-Records release Molecular Genetics From the Gold Standard Labs from The Locust, which features 44 tracks of hard-to-find and out-of-print material from the early years of the legendary band. The San Diego group has been blowing minds since 1994 with their unique mix of grindcore speed and aggression, mathcore complexity, and new wave weirdness. The band’s membership has proved a veritable “Who's Who” of punk royalty. Joseph Karam also plays with One Day As A Lion while Justin Pearson was in Some Girls, All Leather and played on the recent Retox album with Gabe Serbian. Past participants have included Tristeza/Album Leaf/GoGoGo Airheart/Crimson Curse's Jimmy LaValle, to Tarantula Hawk's Dave Warshaw and Dylan Scharf, and Cattle Decapitation's David Astor. French metal outfit Gojira have launched a stream of their new album "L'Enfant Sauvage" online. The album will be released on June 26 through Roadrunner Records, and is the band's first record to be released through the label.

Treasure Fleet, the band that features members of The Lawrence Arms, The Arrivals and Smoking Popes, have completed their second album, titled "Future Ways". The new album is the follow up to the band's "Cocamotion", which was released through Recess Records, and the band has described the new album as ""more straight ahead punk-rock album of the band's two releases so far".

House Vs Hurricane have posted the new music video for their song "Get Wrecked". The song is the second track to be released from the band's forthcoming new album "Crooked Teeth", which will be released on July 13 through UNFD.The band recorded the new album in New Jersey with producer Machine (The Amity Affliction, Four Year Strong, Lamb Of God), and is the first recorded material to feature new vocalist Dan Casey.To launch the release of the album, the band will be touring the country in July and August, with While She Sleeps, Northlane and Heights playing the East Coast dates, and Confession, In Hearts Wake and Foxes supporting the band in Western Australia.
