Mastodon guitarist Troy Sanders was recently interviewed at UK’s Reading Festival, with the bass player discussing the band’s intentions going ahead.

Their upcoming album 'Vital' may not even be out yet, but Anberlin are already beginning work on new material. The Florida rockers have started writing music for a future release, tentatively dubbed 'VITALTWO' in a tweet.

A Day To Remember have revealed that the title of their upcoming fifth studio album will be 'Common Courtesy'. The news came from lead guitarist Kevin Staff, who let the album name slip on Twitter. A Day to Remember’s last studio album was 2010’s well received ‘What Separates Me from You’.It was first reported in April that the band were working on a follow-up when vocalist Jeremy McKinnon tweeted the following:“Recording music is my favorite thing on earth. Nothing makes me feel more at home, or happy.”

Chicago hardcore band War Hound recorded some footage at a Japanese show earlier this month. The gig at Orpheus in Tokyo marked the band's first ever performance in the country.

California metalcore four-piece Deserters have released a lyric video for their track, 'The Black Sheep'. The song will be featured on their debut full-length, 'The Slow Rhythms Of A Dead-Beat', due out on September 11th via Mediaskare Records.

Veteran American metalcore band Earth Crisis are streaming a full live set. The footage was shot at the mammoth This Is Hardcore 2012 festival, held earlier this month in Philadelphia.
