A veritable collection of talented entrepreneurs, the co-founding team behind Untitled Group is an impressive one. Comprising Michael Christidis, Nicholas Greco, Filippo Palermo, and Christian Serrao, the quartet come from a strong background in the world of promotions and events. Kicking things off in the world of nightclubs, promotions for large-scale events soon took focus and in late 2014, the launch of Untitled Group formally occurred, with the team's modest expectations soon growing before too long.
In the coming years, the team would be responsible for delivering festivals such as Beyond The Valley, Pitch Music & Arts, Wildlands, Grapevine Gathering, For The Love, and Ability Fest, touring international acts, and expanding to a team of more than 75 staff members, all with a strong focus on the local scene.
2025 marks ten years of Untitled Group’s operations, and as one might expect, the whole team ensured this year was one to remember. In January, Untitled announced that 2024 had seen them sell a total of 630,000 tickets across its events and tours for the year, an increase on the 500,000 from the year prior. Entering into 2025 with solid momentum, and massive tours in the immediate rearview thanks to Dom Dolla's record-setting homecoming trek, they wasted no time in making hay while the sun shines.

Launching things with an expanded run of dates for AO Live featuring a batch of huge international names, 2025 has also brought with it a huge national tour from RÜFÜS DU SOL, alongside dates from Rudimental, The Kooks, Groove Armada, and Mallrat. Add in the revival of The Wool Store for Untitled's tenth birthday celebrations, and massive forthcoming dates from SOFI TUKKER, Julia Wolf, and the final dates from The Wu-Tang Clan, and it’s clear that the first ten years of Untitled Group is just a taster for what the next decade will bring.
With a knack for what kids want, the Untitled team burst onto the festival circuit, creating Beyond The Valley, Pitch, Wildlands, and more. Their ability to understand that a festival is an experience, not just an opportunity to see an artist has created unique and memorable brands that continue to shine. It has also created live brands on which Australian artists can be discovered and they aren’t afraid to let them use it.
The learnings of experience have now pushed them into ever more mainstream settings including the Australian Open. Their power is in the ability to look beyond traditional metrics like what’s on the radio or winning awards and tap into the zeitgeist of not just what Australian young people want, but how they want it. Now with touring plays, media investments, and more, the company is carving out a solid leadership niche and creating the blueprints for others to follow.
