The founders of popular music festival, Rolling Sets, and venue and event booking agency Kingdom Sounds, have launched a brand-new agency that books venues, events, festivals, and tours.

Steve Sewell and Matt Wise have joined forces to bring their skills and years of experience to introduce Noisy Group, a powerhouse unit that will present a “new era” of live entertainment and bookings.

Through its relationships with festivals and venues, Noisy Group has already sold over 180,000 tickets in the last year. The company aims to sell more than 300,000 tickets by 2026, and it seeks to secure additional festivals and acquire further venues to bring live music to regional and capital cities.

With their successful, boutique festival brand Rolling Sets, the pair have locked in incredible talent such as The Wombats, Hilltop Hoods, Spacey Jane, Lime Cordiale, Ocean Alley, and more, consistently selling out ahead of time.

In addition to its own festivals, Noisy Group plays a key role in booking talent for major Australian events like Changing Tides and Glenworth Grazing Food & Wine Festival. The pair have amassed an impressive roster of more than 21 venues across the Sunshine Coast, all the way to Canberra.

Ahead of today’s official launch, Noisy Group has announced new signings, including the Sunshine Coast’s The Shed, the Kingscliff Hotel, Coffs Harbour’s Jetty Beach House, Port Macquarie’s Finnians, The Recky, and The Vineyard Hotel.

Today, Noisy Group has also announced its entrance to promotion under the banner Noisy Presents.

Under that title, Noisy Group will present “game-changing” tours and one-off events. First off the rank is Noisy Presents: Spacey Jane at The Station, Newcastle, this June. The show is part of the band’s largest tour of Australia and New Zealand to date and arrives a month after the release of the band’s new album, If That Makes Sense.

On Instagram, Noisy Group teased more about what is to come as it looks to the future. “More festivals, more venues, more shows—this is just the beginning,” the statement reads. “Follow the journey.”
