Leigh Sloggett is a laid-back yet intense musical force, blending authentic earthy songwriting with a commanding style rooted in Blues and Folk. His evocative timbres and soulful touch are perfectly complemented by his searing roots guitar and lap slide skills.
In October 2022, Leigh released his fourth album, ‘Wait for the Change,’ which soared to No.1 on the US 'Roots Report Top 50 Australian Album Chart' and No.10 on the 'Australian Blues & Roots Airplay Chart.' The album also earned 'Album of the Month' on the UK's West Norfolk Radio’s 'The Sunday Show.'
With over two decades of consistent performances, Leigh has toured internationally, appeared at numerous festivals, and twice been a finalist in the MBAS Blues Challenge. Whether playing solo, in a duo, or with his trio, Leigh continues to build his reputation as a unique songwriter and guitarist.
