Please note: there are 100 signed posters to be won per city. Winners will be notified via the original purchaser's email address 2-3 days prior to the event. If there are multiple soundcheck package tickets in one purchase transaction, each ticket will be entered into the draw to win the signed poster. Signed poster collection will occur post-show at the VIP check in location at the venue, winners must hold a valid concert ticket to collect the signed poster. .

Children's Policy: Any age permitted into All Ages areas, all patrons must hold a valid ticket. Some community style events may have different allowances, please contact Festival Hall Administration for specific event details. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsilbe Adult even if they are in an All Ages area. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating may be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Resale Tickets may be available for this event. A Handling Fee of $14.95 per transaction applies to purchase Resale Tickets. If purchasing a Resale ticket, please ensure you have reviewed the Ticket Type and other ticket details carefully as Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, save as provided in our resale policy.

To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay.
Further requests & Companion Card holders who do not require a wheelchair bay, can book by phoning Ticketmaster's accessible seating line on 1300 446 925 or by following the link below.
Please note that all Companion Card holders must visit the Box Office prior to entry and present their Companion Card to collect their tickets.
Patrons with access needs should arrive at least half an hour prior to the performance and see the Front of House Manager for assistance.
