How did you get together? For the most part “we” (aka me, myself, and I) have been together since the beginning. Though we are looking at adding a some more musos and expanding the ranks over the next few months.
Sum up your musical sound in four words? Infectious, folky, bluesy goodness.
If you could support any band in the world – past or present – who would it be? Michelle Shocked! She was my first-ever live concert (I was ten) and my first real introduction to folk/blues.
You’re being sent into space, no iPod, you can bring one album – what would it be? The Very Best Of Fleetwood Mac. This album has been a soundtrack to my life on more than one occasion. It makes me happy and makes me want to dance... everyone should dance in space!
Greatest rock’n’roll moment of your career to date? Being flown to Belgium to perform and teach guitar. It was an amazing, mind-blowing experience and one that would not have happened without the magic of music opening some doors.
Why should people come and see your band? According to Tony Cini... “Laura’s sparkling and energetic personality shines on stage. She is a star in the making.”
