'Every Single Weekend' was originally featured as an interlude on Jamie xx's record, 'In Waves.' It returns, reimagined by The Avalanches.

The Avalanches’ most recent album, ‘We Will Always Love You,’ was released in 2020.

“We wanted to show that e-waste can be repurposed into something that people can relate to universally,” explained The Avalanches’ Robbie Chater.

Set to a score by The Avalanches, the 8-minute short film is a hazy depiction of Australian larrikinism and modern day understandings of masculinity.

Gordon McQuilten’s ‘One Love’ EP was minted right after the classic Avalanches record, and comes alongside another stack of newly unearthed material.

One day and one stage with an epic lineup – it’s a heaps good time to sing in the New Year.

It comes after the festival’s QLD edition was cancelled for 2024.
