His self-titled full length, YUNGBLUD, will see its global release on September 2 via LOCOMOTION/Geffen Records. He will be here in Australia in July for Splendour in the Grass.

Look, we hate to admit it, but sometimes (read: pretty well all the time) mainstream music awards really kind of mess up their nominees and the genres or categories that songs/artists should be in. Unfortunately a lot of the time it results in bands winning the categories that really... they probably shouldn't be in. Not so much with this year's AIR Awards, they really did nail down a pretty sick cross-section of the heavy and punk genres for the nominations. Check them out!

Legitimately, Coheed & Cambria are just one of those bands where their output is all just so epically rad, you just can't help but love them.
