Here the Sydney quintet have ignored all sonic frippery – no samples, no extended solos and no unnecessary breakdowns – and instead focused on quality songwriting, such as the slow-burning angst of Slavery, the melancholic Cursed and out-and-out rippers like Sustain and Wanderlust.
