Tasman Keith is now beginning his trajectory to the top announcing his debut album, 'A Colour Undone', set for release on the 7th of July.
As much as it feels weird to say, Tasman Keith is an artist on the rise. Despite years of gathering credibility across underground rap communities in Australia, Keith is now beginning his trajectory to the top announcing his debut album, 'A Colour Undone', set for release on the 7th of July.
The album is set to feature the likes of Genesis Owusu, Jessica Mauboy, Kwame, Phil Fresh and Thandi Phoenix. The album will see Tasman enter a new era of music, one that is driven and inspired by the album format, featuring experimentation, deep emotional reflection and a clear expansion of his stylistic direction.
'A Colour Undone' was recorded over 6 days and executive produced by Tasman Keith and Kwame, whose brain trust has created a distinctly vast sonic experience. Sentimentally whats rumoured to be created is a narration on his story, one without dilution, reflecting on love, loss, healing, ego, trauma and love.
Alongside the announcement, he's released new single, 'LOVE TOO SOON'. The track tells the tale of heartbreak and the pain of mistiming love. It follows closely and completely juxtaposes his previous, bar driven single. It marks the arrival as Tasman as a fully fledged, multi-faceted artist, a transformation that is setting him up for local stardom and international admiration.

Tasman explains, "Sonically 'LOVE TOO SOON' is the kind of music I’ve always wanted to make, a lot of elements taken from the pop artists I grew up on and in the writing you can hear that influence.
"It’s knowing that you love somebody but being too young in your own growth to see it for what it truly is, ultimately leaving the other damaged and eventually coming back with the clarity and self-worth to try again while hoping it isn’t too late."
"This persona represents a side of me that could be searching for love or reminiscing on lust with an overall deep desire for connection."
