Tuesday night's episode of The Voice saw two winners of rival TV singing competitions audition for the show.

Some may remember New Zealand singer Xylocaine "Xy" Latu of vocal group, Random, who won the debut season of the Australian version of The X Factor back in 2005.

Following their win on the Network Ten-screened season, the group released their self-titled debut album which peaked in the top 100 of the ARIA Albums chart and enjoyed success with their debut single, Put Your Hands Up, which peaked at #7 on the Singles chart.

Random eventually disbanded in 2007.

Latu's performance of Stevie Wonder's Higher Ground saw all four judges turn their chairs, however Latu opted to join Guy Sebastian's team.

Meanwhile, Melbourne-born artist Natalie Guaci also appeared on the Blind Auditions last night, having previously won Australian Idol back in 2007.

After taking out the fifth season, which also featured Aussie heavyweight Matt Corby who finished as runner-up, Gauci released her debut album, The Winner's Journey, which peaked at #11 on the ARIA Albums chart.

Her debut single, Here I Am, peaked at #2 on the Singles chart.

Gauci also joined Team Guy following her performance of Sia's The Greatest.

This season of The Voice has seen a number of familiar Australian artists audition, including WA-born songwriter Matt Gresham, Timothy James Bowen, Chris Sebastian and Jesse Teinaki.

According to TV Tonight, 926,000 viewers watched Tuesday night's episode of The Voice.
