American rap sensation Travis Scott has extended his already massive Circus Maximus world tour, announcing dates in South America, Australia, and New Zealand today. The tour marks Travis Scott's first tour dates in Australia since performing at Listen Out in 2016.
The SICKO MODE rapper, singer-songwriter and producer is now such a big name that he’s set to perform at stadiums. Scott’s Australian tour begins at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium on Thursday, 17 October, followed by Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on Tuesday, 22 October, Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on Saturday, 26 October, and wraps up at Auckland’s Eden Park on Thursday, 31 October.
Scott’s most recent album, UTOPIA, was the highest-selling hip-hop album of 2023, remaining atop the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart for four weeks straight. The album has also gathered over 50 million streams globally.
Before announcing today’s tour dates, Scott had already sold out 44 dates on his North American Circus Maximus Tour, becoming the highest-grossing rap tour of the year.

There are three pre-sales Travis Scott fans can access to get tickets early for his upcoming Australian tour. First up, there’s the Vodafone and Mastercard pre-sales, which both open on Monday, 29 July, but have different times per city.
In Sydney, pre-sale tickets via Vodafone or Mastercard will be available from 9 am AEST. In Brisbane, they’ll be available from 11 am AEST and Melbourne from midday AEST.
Then, there’s the My Live Nation members pre-sale, which opens on Wednesday, 31 July, at 10 am AEST in Sydney, midday AEST in Brisbane, and 2 pm in Melbourne.
General sale tickets also arrive with staggered start times. Opening on Friday, 2 August, the tickets will be available at noon AEST in Sydney, 2 pm AEST in Brisbane, and 3 pm AEST in Melbourne. You can find more ticketing information via the Live Nation and Travis Scott websites.
In November, Scott discussed the impact of the devastating Astroworld tragedy two years after ten punters died in a crowd crush at his Houston show. Scott didn’t face charges over the incident.
“Making music, you think about things that go on in life and things that happen in your life, and you dial in on things,” Scott told the publication. “That moment for families, for the city, you know, it was devastating. I was just overly devastated”.
He continued, “Yeah, I always think about it. Those fans were like my family. You know, I love my fans to the utmost. It has its moments where it gets rough and… yeah. You just feel for those people. And their families.”
In August, Travis Scott surprised his fans in Rome, Italy, by bringing Kanye West on stage for a performance. This was the West’s first show since his antisemitic controversy began in October 2022.
