"This is not a Rage-specific reunion."
Amplify are reporting that the recently-launched cryptic website is building up to the announcement of a new band, Prophets Of Rage, which will feature members of Rage Against The Machine and Public Enemy's Chuck D and Cypress Hill's B-Real.
It has been reported that RATM members, guitarist Tom Morello, bassist Tim Commerford and drummer Brad Wilk will feature in the line-up which does not include frontman Zach de la Rocha.
The new outfit are allegedly gearing up for a tour this year, however it is not yet known if a new album will follow.

Rumours of a possible Rage Against The Machine comeback have been spreading like wildfire since the launch of a cryptic website earlier this week telling us to "Clear the way for the Prophets of Rage", complete with a countdown timer and new details have emerged which may give some insight into what this could all be about.
Fans have speculated the countdown (which concludes on 31 May) is building towards a possible reunion, a tour announcement, or simple promotion for a performance at an upcoming anti-Donald Trump rally, which could explain guitarist Tom Morello's tweet yesterday just hours after the website launched.

A source has told Rolling Stone that the plans are much bigger than we think.
"This is not a Rage-specific reunion," the source said.
"There's a lot more to it. There are a lot of moving parts, a lot of exciting news to be revealed."
The source claims that the speculated plans will involve "some members" of the band and that live shows will indeed go ahead.
"Whether that's one show, or five shows, I don't know.
"There are more announcements to come."
Rage Against The Machine last performed together in 2011 at the LA Rising music festival.
