American folk-rock outfit The Lumineers will return to Australia for the first time since November 2022 next January, locking in their highly anticipated return to our shores.
The Lumineers – comprising band members Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites – begin the tour with two shows in New Zealand before heading to Australia.
Starting the tour at the Christchurch Town Hall on Saturday, 3 January, it continues at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Tuesday, 6 January, Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Friday, 9 January, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Tuesday, 13 January, Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Friday, 16 January, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena on Sunday, 18 January, and ends at Perth’s RAC Arena on Wednesday, 21 January.
Frontier Members can access pre-sale tickets on Thursday, 14 August, at 11 am local time, ahead of the general sale which begins on Friday, 15 August, at 12 pm local time via the Frontier Touring website.
The Ho Hey group have collaborated with the likes of global superstars such as P!nk, James Bay, Noah Kahan, and Zach Bryan. The duo will head to Australia following the release of their latest album, AUTOMATIC, released in February 2025.
Reviewing their performance at the 2022 Harvest Rock festival in Adelaide, The Music’s Melissa Griffin stated that The Lumineers “led a joyful crowd” as they played their biggest hits and launched into a mini cover of The Rolling Stones’ You Can’t Always Get What You Want.

Griffin continued, “Celebrating 10 years since the release of their debut album this year, The Lumineers perform an energetic set with each of the six band members singing along to every song, like no time has passed. Against the perfect backdrop of towering trees, the folk-rock group still look right at home on a big festival stage.”
