This is not a dream, it is 2019.
It's 2019 and The Beatles are on track to land at #1 on the ARIA Albums chart... this is not a dream.
According to midweek figures, the iconic band's famous Abbey Road record is on its way to the top of the list on the back of its 50th anniversary, exactly where it peaked at following its release on 26 September 1969.
Abbey Road, which also hit top spot in the UK, US, Canada, Norway, Spain and Netherlands, is widely considered as one of The Beatles' best albums and features a string of their greatest hits including Here Comes The Sun and Come Together.
To celebrate the revered album, The Music is currently running a competition where you could win a copy of the 50th anniversary edition on vinyl. Make sure you like our Facebook page to find out more.
The album will likely go up against the same top three contenders in recent weeks for the #1 spot - Post Malone's Hollywood's Bleeding, Taylor Swift's Lover and Ed Sheeran's No.6 Collaborations Project - while Sydney indie rockers Boy & Bear will look for a top five finish with their new LP, Suck On Light.

Other album debuts this week include Complete's Death Rail, Steel Panther's Heavy Metal Rules (both top ten), DaBaby's Kirk, Opeth's In Cauda Venenum, Hermitude's Pollyanarchy, Hellyeah's Welcome Home (all top 15), Busby Marou's The Great Divide (top 20) and Adam Lambert's Velvet: Side A EP (top 50).
Over on the Singles chart, Tones & I is in prime position to make ARIA chart history and record the longest streak at #1 for a local artist with Dance Monkey.
After tying Justice Crew's record for nine weeks (achieved back in 2014 with Que Sera) last week, the Byron Bay-based artist would set a new record at ten weeks if successful this Saturday.
Expect to also see two new tracks on the chart this week - Flume's Rushing Back featuring Vera Blue (top 25) and Freya Ridings' Castles (top 50).
