Field Day, Sydney’s annual biggest New Year’s Day festival, returns to The Domain on Friday, 1 January.

Today, organisers have unveiled a stunning line-up, led by global heavyweights Major Lazer – returning to Australia for the first time in eleven years – alongside British DJ Sub Focus and a secret headliner to be announced.

The 2027 event also stars English DJ and producer Andy C, fellow Brit Elderbrook, German-Iraqi producer and DJ Boys Noize, Sydney’s own Club Angel, Scottish DJ, producer and label boss Hannah Laing, Berlin-based producer Funk Tribu, Melbourne gooner-pop duo 2charm, and much more. Field Day isn’t a camping festival; it’s a joyous one-day event in the heart of the Sydney CBD. It’s set to host 100% dance music across three stages, including the Casamigos Camp Ground, which is proudly curated by the LGBTQIA+ community.

Next year’s event will have tickets going for $99.90 plus fees for 18-25 year-olds who missed out on formative festival-going years during the COVID-19 pandemic. The 18-25 ballot, facilitated by Moshtix Ticket Request, opens on Wednesday, 2 September, at 12 pm AEST, and closes on Sunday, 6 September, at 11:59 pm AEST.

The 18-25 Ticket Ballot will be fulfilled on Monday, 7 September. Pre-sale tickets will be available from Wednesday, 9 September, at 12 pm AEST, followed by the general sale on Thursday, 10 September, at 10 am AEST. Sign up for pre-sale access here and find more information about the ballot here.
