Here are the midweek figures.

US rapper Post Malone is well on his way to securing his second-straight Aussie #1 album with Hollywood's Bleeding following his record-breaking domination of the local charts last year.

The New York-born songwriter's second album, Beerbongs & Bentleys, not only placed at #4 on ARIA's top ten albums of 2018, but also produced 17 songs in the top 50 of the Singles chart (including 13 debuts), equaling the record held by Michael Jackson for most tracks in the top 50 which Jackson clinched in July 2009 just a month after his death.

According to midweek figures, Hollywood's Bleeding is primed for a top three debut on the Albums list this week and is likely to challenge for #1 against last week's top charting LP, Tool's Fear Inoculum and Taylor Swift's Lover.

While Malone's Beerbongs & Bentleys is expected to jump back into the top ten, other debuting albums on the chart this week include Melanie Martinez' K-12 (top ten), Mallrat's Driving Music (top 15) and Lindsay Stirling's Artemis (top 50).

Over on the Singles chart, four Malone songs are predicted to move into the top 30 - Circles (top three), Goodbyes (top ten), Sunflower (top 15) and Wow. (top 30) - while emerging Australian artist Tones & I will aim to hold #1 for a seventh-straight week with Dance Monkey.

If the Byron Bay-based songwriter is successful, she will equal Kylie Minogue's record for most weeks at top spot by an Australian female solo artist, which the pop icon achieved in 1987 with Locomotion.

New cuts on track to debut on the Singles chart this week include Camila Cabello's Liar (top 40) and Shameless (top 50).
