It's going to be a mammoth.
Times have been tough for Sydneysiders with a number of popular live venues being forced to close down in the last year, but Mammoth Merchandise may just be helping to turn it all around with the announcement of a new integrated creative and live space in their new home-base of Marrickville in Sydney.
Speaking to theMusic, Mammoth Managing Director Rowena Crittle says the live space is a fantastic opportunity to not only celebrate the brand's tenth birthday, but also to integrate live music and merchandise, while re-connecting the community.
"[The idea] revolved around wanting to create a shop and a destination for the bands to connect with their consumers and their fans," Crittle said.
"With that space, we really wanted to incorporate live music and create a different experience for fans and help them re-connect with the bands that they love."

Crittle says that the space will look to hold live performances, intimate showcases, meet-and-greets, band signings and more.
Since being established in 2005, Mammoth Merchandise has worked with over 1000 local and international names including Northlane, Courtney Barnett, Jack Johnson, A Day To Remember, Tkay Maidza and Michael Buble; Crittle hopes that the space will hold events by acts both new and established.
"I've found with Sydney, with everything going on and the laws changing that we just wanted a place where fans can go and know that they had a destination that was a permanent location, not just a pop-up store."
The last year has seen Mammoth go from a merchandising business to a fully integrated agency offering design and manufacturing, guerilla marketing and poster distribution.
The new live space is another step in the ever-evolving organisation. For more details, check out the official website.
