Decision announced in court.
A Perth man has been found not guilty of killing his neighbour who suffered a heart attack and died on his driveway following a heated confrontation about loud music last year.
As ABC reports, Christopher Carkeek was accused of the manslaughter of his neighbour Brian Burgess after Burgess complained to Carkeek about loud music coming from his house the night before.
It is alleged that Carkeek hit Burgess during the incident.
Prosecutors accused Carkeek of causing Burgess' heart attack at his Seville Grove home, however the court heard last week that Burgess already had a serious heart condition.

After three hours of deliberation, the jury found Carkeek not guilty of manslaughter and not guilty of assault causing death.
Carkeek's lawyer, Judith Fordham, offered condolences to Burgess' family on behalf of Carkeek's.
"They're very sorry this tragedy has happened to another family, it's a very, very sad event and they're just very sympathetic towards that family and send their care to them as much as they can," Fordham said.
"[Carkeek] didn't cause Mr Burgess's death. Mr Burgess died, he had a heart condition and the jury found that effectively he didn't cause it."
