Custard's David McCormack Leads Screen Music Awards Nominees

The full list has been revealed

The nominees for the 2013 Screen Music Awards have been revealed, with former Custard frontman David McCormack and former violinist for The Go-Betweens Amanda Brown just some of the names up for gongs.

McCormack is up for several awards along with his collaborator Antony Partos, particular for their work on the ABC series Redfern Now. Brown is up for the Best Music For A Documentary for her work on the Russell Crowe-narrated feature Red Obsession.

The Screen Music Awards, presented by APRA AMCOS and the AGSC, recognises music composers for both television and film. This year's ceremony will take place at the State Theatre, Sydney on Monday 9 December.
