A sneak peak inside the service shows it is retaining its focus on music promotion.
MySpace has given the public a look inside their new site this morning, unveiling a video that shows off the completely redesigned social networking service.
It appears as if both Twitter and Facebook are somewhat integrated in the new service, which looks to act as a heavily image-driven picture stream.
While there is not a great amount of detail given as to the mechanics of how a person, band or artist will use the service, the slick two-minute video reveals a number of handy tools for artists, including the ability to connect with fans one-on-one, to see where their fan base is and, of course, stream their tracks as they did on the old MySpace platform.
MySpace is believed to have access to a library of 42 million songs, twice that of Spotify, with whom they will no doubt be competing upon launch.

Unsurprisingly, there is a strong Justin Timberlake focus in the clip, Timberlake is a co-owner of the company.
