The 'Last Call' Tour will hit four cities
The Million are taking a trip around NSW to celebrate the release of their latest single Last Call.
The group have announces shows in Sydney, Newcastle, Gosford and Wollongong, kicking off in mid-April.
Out last month, Last Call is described as a track that draws on ‘80s synth-pop and leaps along at a heart-raising tempo. They also recently released a "chilled" version of the track.
On the release of Last Call, lead singer and lyricist Jacob Thomas said, “Last Call is a fictitious song built from genuine emotions, it was written when I was still in the early stages of dating my still current girlfriend. I thought to myself what if I really messed this good thing up? The song was started with Lucy Taylor, Chris Collins, and Jay and I in a room. Then having Dom [Craik, Nothing But Thieves] add the final touches on the production really elevated where the song needed to be."
In late 2020, The Million supported indie-pop artist Sloan Peterson and quickly sold out two seated headline shows, welcoming them back to the stage after a break enforced by you know what. Like most, they have a whole year of ideas and this tour is the band’s first opportunity to express their live show and new tunes to fans since the sold out Somebody Better tour in 2019.
