Genesis Owusu & BBNO$ Are No Longer Performing At The Bunbury Leg Of Groovin The Moo

Groovin The Moo has had another line-up change, with Genesis Owusu and BBNO$ no longer appearing on the Bunbury leg of the festival. Hilltop Hoods and Dice will take their respective places.

Of course, Hilltop Hoods know how to put on a show, with fans knowing they're in for a fun, singalong time any time they're on a festival bill. With Dice, we're stoked that the alt-rockers are getting the opportunity to play Stockholm, Eyes Ahead and more on a main stage.

Festival organisers haven’t publicly commented on the change yet, but it appears on the timetables currently on the Groovin The Moo website, which Reddit users quickly found.

Last month, the festival revealed that international favourites Skepta and Omar Apollo had "unfortunately cancelled their Australian tours," including their Groovin The Moo appearances. Genesis Owusu and UK rockers Nothing But Thieves stepped in and filled their spots.

Despite the changes, the 2023 festival line-up has something for everyone, led by crowd favourites Denzel Curry and Fatboy Slim. 

Groovin The Moo is loaded with the triple j Hottest 100 class of 2022, including Eliza Rose, who took out the number 2 spot with B.O.T.A (Baddest Of Them All), Ball Park Music (#8 Stars In My Eyes), Skegss (#19 Stranger Days), LUUDE (#28 Big City Life), Teen Jesus And The Jean Teasers (#55 Girl Sports) with Teenage Dads and plenty of other festival artists taking spots across the countdown.

Up-and-comers Royel Otis will join Groovin The Moo alumni Ocean Alley and Amy Shark. BARKAA and Choomba will bring the grooves; Confidence Man are getting the party started; Teenage Joans will make up the final teen name and will bring the rock; The Chats are coming armed with some good fun, and you can get your emo fix with Slowly Slowly.

The festival kicks off in Wayville, SA on Friday, 21 April, before heading to Maitland, NSW on Saturday, 22 April; Canberra, ACT on Sunday, 23 April; Bendigo, Vic on Saturday, 29 April; Sunshine Coast, Qld on Sunday, 30 April, and Bunbury, WA on Saturday, 6 May.
