Friends Are For Life Or Splendour Sideshows

Brooklyn's Friends forever? Well, at least until July when the world's hippest band hit our country for Splendour sideshows.

By the time Brooklyn wonky disco kids Friends reach Australia for the Splendour festival the hype will have reached fever pitch - and it's well deserved.

If you have not heard the singles I'm His Girl and Friend Crush nor got tickets to see them at Splendour - thenhen rejoice as they have announced sideshows in Victoria and NSW.

Be warned this is not for the faint-hearted - Friends gigs have a reputation for turning into DIY parties. Tickets go on sale 9am, Friday 4 May.

Those Splendour sideshow dates are:

Wednesday 25 July - Northcote Social Club, Melbourne

Thursday 26 July - The Standard, Sydney
