Pop superstar Dua Lipa will be heading to Australia for a headline tour in 2022.

The tour is in celebration of the UK artist's acclaimed second album, Future Nostalgia, which was released last year.

"I am beyond excited to be bringing my world tour to Australia, it’s been way too long, but I promise, we are going to have one heck of a party," said Lipa of the tour.

The tour will kick off at Brisbane's BEC on Saturday 5 November and then head to Sydney's Qudos Bank Arena, Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena, and Adelaide's AEC Arena, wrapping up at Perth's RAC Arena on Wednesday 16 November.

Future Nostalgia certainly saw Dua Lipa pick up fans around the globe, including here in Australia where the album came in at #1 on the ARIA Albums Chart

"At a mere 37 minutes total runtime, Future Nostalgia is one of the most considered and refined pop albums in recent years," said The Music in the 2020 mid-year albums report.
