Homelife have posted their cover of the Knapsack song "Courage Was Confused" onto their Bandcamp page. The song originally appeared on Knapsack's 1997 album "Day Three of My New Life", whch was released through Alias Records.

Swedish melodic metal band Ghost are currently working on their sophomore studio album according to a recent interview.

Strife have announced that they will be entering the studio next week in Brazil to record a new full-length album. The band will be recording the new album at Mix Nova Studios in Brazil with Terror drummer Nick Jett (Backtrack, Take Offense), and will be mastered by Matt Hyde (Hatebreed, Slayer).

Expire have posted an update from the studio where they are currently recording their debut album for Bridge Nine Records. The band have announced that the album is set to be titled "Pendulum Swings", and they have finished all of the instrument tracking, with only the vocals for the album yet to be completed.

Escape The Fate front man Craig Mabbitt has released his first solo track online. The song "Edge Of Reality", can be found on Mabbitt's Facebook page, and is set to feature on his debut solo EP, which is expected to be released in the coming months.

Decoder have announced that they have parted ways with vocalist Spencer Pearson, due to Pearson's continuous drug and alcohol use. The band posted the following statement about the split: "We recently decided to part ways with our vocalist, Spencer Pearson, due to recurring issues with drugs and alcohol that reinforced a lack of effort and poor performance on his behalf. It wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. After many long talks to try and get him to clean up his act on and off stage it began to get too out of hand. As a band friendship is first and foremost, but you can only be a friend to someone with those problems for so long until you become apart of the problem by allowing it to continue. After an unprovoked attack by Spencer Pearson towards me that resulted in me getting 27 stitches he swore he would change his ways and it was irresponsible of us to believe him and not help him seek the care he needs. TS & The Past Haunts, the band which features Travis Shettel of Piebald, have posted the new music video for their song "Let's Be Lazy". The song is taken from the band's new album "Gone & Goner", which is out now through No Sleep Records.

Lincoln, Nebraska based hardcore band Bent Life have posted a new song onto the 6131 Records Youtube page. The song "Love To Lose" is taken from the band's forthcoming self-titled 7", which is set to be released in April through 6131.

The Word Alive frontman Tyler "Telle" Smith has confirmed rumors that both drummer Justin Salinas and keyboardist Dusty Riach have left the band.  

Paramore have posted a video featuring one of the meetings they have had with producers in Los Angeles as they prepare to begin work on their next album.
