The York Regional Writers Weekend returns to York from 23–25 May 2025, presented by The York Festival and Writing WA. The weekend of writing and storytelling will feature author talks and workshops throughout the historic town. Day passes are $39+bf and include access to all events on the day.
Running alongside the main program is a three-day Songwriting Retreat, offering in-depth creative development for emerging and established songwriters plus two performances of 21 Hearts, a moving work by the renowned Theatre 180, on Saturday 24 May and a River - Write - Ramble on Friday 23 May.
