The Ticketmaster Box Office is located at main reception for day to day ticket sales. Ticket Sales on event days are from the outdoor box office situated at the South West entrance to the venue. Ticket Collection - Tickets purchased over the phone or through the internet are available for collection on the day of the event from main reception. Please Note:
Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Ticket Release Delay: There is a ticket release delay in place until 2:00pm Friday 28th August 2026. Tickets cannot be downloaded or printed until after this time.
