Album title? Love Without Co-Dependency
Where did the title of your new album come from? The album title is taken from one of the tracks from the record.
How many releases do you have now? Two. I released an EP in 2013 called Life By Proxy. And now this full length album, Love Without Co-Dependency
How long did it take to write/record? It took me two years to get all of the songs written and then another six months to record. Mind you there were big breaks in between for the birth of my son.
Was anything in particular inspiring you during the making? The producer Shane Nicholson was particularly inspiring. He is such a gifted musician and songwriter so it was exciting working with him every day.
What's your favourite song on it? I think that the title song Love Without Co-Dependency. It is lyrically the best song I have written
Will you do anything differently next time? The songs I am writing are a bit rockier so maybe less country sounding. It is hard to know at this stage - I don't want to pre-empt anything.
When and where is your launch/next gig? My next gig is at the infamous Late Nite Alt - the best Alt-country gig at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. Weds 25 Jan Tamworth Services Club @ 10pm
