A few favourites from Zeke & Pussymittens.

PUSSYMITTENS

1. Battle for Middle You - Julio Bashmore (Dirtybird), 2010.
“Let's get down.” What a good suggestion Julio.

2. Intro - Alan Braxe & Fred Falke (Vulture Music), 2000.
That bass line.

3. Everything In Its Right Place - Radiohead (Gigamesh remix), 2009.
One of the greatest songs from one from one of the greatest bands on the planet. Gigamesh stays true to the track we love, and brings it to the dancefloor.

4. KracK - Soulwax (PIAS), 2005.
One of the first tunes that got me listening to electro, it's simple and filthy. They do it all live too! Amazing.

5. What Else Is There? - Royksopp (Trentemoller Remix), 2005.
Karins' vocals,  the build up that happens around 5 mins in,  the little glitchy bits going on in the background, A dancefloor favourite.

ZEKE

1. Sweetness and Light - Itch-E and Scratch-E (Second Nature), 1994.
What a club classic. Back in my early days of being into trance and house, this song really resonated with everyone, and still does to this day, even more proud that it was Australian made :)

2. Kid Dynamite - Groove Terminator (VIRGIN), 2002.
Such a huge tune for how early it was made, this was my very first real exposure to that wobble sound which I fell in love with, being into breaks after my trance and house phase I heard this on a Kid Kenobi mix and had to find the original which I own today, it's an ultra rare beat that not many people dropped, damn I gotta get this into one of my upcoming sets!

3. Doom's Night - Azzido Da Bass (Club Tools), 1999.
Easily one of the all time biggest anthems through my eyes.

4. Won't You Be My Neighbour - D-Styles (Beat Junkie Sound), 2002.
From the best Major All Skratched album ever! One of my biggest influence on the turntables is the man, D-Styles. He is hugely responsible for the progression of where skratch music has gone to more recently, after being right into breaks I then moved into the world of turntablism, this was one of my all time favourite tracks that was made with all analog equipment - turntables, mixer, sampler, records. Amazing.

5. Experience - THE PRODIGY (XL Recordings), 1992.
So far ahead of its time in the electronic music scene, no one had a sound like this and nearly every single song on this album was a banger, a huge influence on where electronic is at today in my opinion.
