Parkway Drive, I Killed The Prom Queen, Banks Arcade, RedHook, and many more will be venturing out to the high seas in January 2027.

"It hurts to be another casualty in this chapter of the Australian music scene," Parkway Drive said of what would have been the inaugural edition of their own festival.

Thy Art Is Murder, Windwaker, Thornhill, and Make Them Suffer are among the Australian heavy acts locked in for Ohio's Sonic Temple festival.

"This is the full festival experience, a day to enjoy, connect and get wild," said Parkway Drive frontman Winston McCall.

Headlining Melbourne venue The Forum last year, Alpha Wolf ensured the moment would last forever as they now share a pro-shot recording o the full show.

"We are hyped to be bringing a headline show out to the Aussie regional spots that don’t get shows too often," the band said.

The band reportedly defended a fan injured while crowd surfing, with reports claiming that a security guard failed to protect fans during the show.

Korn, Violent Femmes, Bowling For Soup, The Gaslight Anthem, and 311 are returning to Australia after lengthy absences.

International acts The Devil Wears Prada, Invent Animate and Thrown have joined the bill as special guests.

'Half Living Things' is the follow-up to their 2020 second album, 'A Quiet Place To Die', and 2022 split EP, 'The Lost & The Longing', with Welsh rockers Holding Absence.
