One part reggae, one part unabashed punk rock, a dash of ska and a whole kitchen full of fun, Heavy Disco is an EP you’d swap your favourite record for (well, you’d loan for a little while anyway).

If the lyrics “Looking for some action/Looking for a party/Looking for some action/Where’s the fucking party?” (Party Whirlwind) don’t give you some idea of the direction of Heavy Disco, you clearly need to turn your shitty car stereo up, ‘cause you get the feeling The Bennies would want to be listened to on a shitty car stereo.
