"Each song blends into the next, drawing heavily from the ‘70s not only from traditional rock but also through the soul and funk elements."

This heavy rock release feels predominantly like a tribute to the giants of the genre. There's a Led Zeppelin flavour from its offbeat rhythms and creeping riffs, while Deep Purple can be heard in those organ sounds and also Tim Henwood's powerful, wailing vocals. Each song blends into the next, drawing heavily from the '70s not only from traditional rock but also through the soul and funk elements. Although technically impressive, with fun blast-from-the-past factor, their sound feels dated. They play at Cherry Bar on 1 Feb.
