Fresh Finds: Class Of 2025 – Aussie Acts To Add To Your Playlist

Wide Open Space Festival Unveils Second-Round Line-Up

The seventh yearly event hits the NT's Ross River Resort in early May

Annual Northern Territory event the Wide Open Space Festival is preparing to celebrate its seventh anniversary in a little under two months and, to ensure it's a party to remember, organisers have now unveiled the esteemed list of acts joining the existing music line-up bound for Ross River Resort in May.

Leading the charge of new additions is Aussie hip-hop veteran Monkey Marc, who sits atop a cabal of fresh faces that is rounded out by Kiwi beatmaker K+Lab, Alice Springs troubadour Dave Crowe, Nhulunbuy electronic producer Laptop Destroyer, Darwin-based folk-pop artist Elli Belle, and a diverse selection of other DJs, hip hop artists, rock/reggae acts, beatmakers and assorted creatives from all around the country.

The latest crop will take their place alongside previously announced drawcards such as L-FRESH The LION, Urtekk, Whitebear, Skank & Shake, Room 105 and Broadwing when Wide Open Space Festival takes over the Ross River Resort, about 85 kilometres east of Alice Springs, from 1-3 May.

The event will also have a range of arts, performance, workshop, culinary and craft attractions, as well as a dedicated child-friendly zone dubbed the Kids Space, with the requisite licensed bar nearby for the over-18 set.
