Stephen Cummings is working on an EP. It’s not just any EP featuring new songs; the Sports icon is instead giving back to the Australian artists who inspire him, sharing that he’ll be covering four songs that he loves later this year.

Taking to social media last night (23 July), Cummings wrote that he loves making music and singing, but he’s recently been spending time gardening on the couch and gardening (“It’s pretty good,” he remarked).

On the latter’s music, Cummings said that he loves her lyrics and tunes.

Last May, Cummings released his latest album100 Years From Now and revealed that the release was a product of the aftermath of a life-changing stroke in March 2020 and the enthusiastic support he received creating it from the Melbourne music community.

Upon its release, Cummings said about 100 Years From Now, “It’s one my favourite records I’ve made.”

I love singing and making music. But I’ve retired to the garden and the television. Its pretty good. However, a close...
