Police were called to Guy Sebastian's Maroubra home after his 65-year-old neighbour, Phillip Hanslow allegedly threatened to kill and kicked over the Aussie singer's boundary fence.
NSW Police told The Daily Mail Australia that officers were called to Sebastian's home on Monday afternoon to address claims of a neighbourhood dispute.
Hanslow was brought to Maroubra Police Station, where he received the charges of stalking with intent to cause physical harm and damage property.
Hanslow will appear in court on Thursday, 2 February.
In the meantime, he's been issued a restraining order against Sebastian and is forbidden from possessing a firearm or any other dangerous weapon.
According to The Daily Mail, the disputes between Sebastian and Hanslow began in 2016, when the Like It Like That singer and his wife Jules began renovating their home that neighbours call a "fortress".

In November, Sebastian's former manager Titus Day was sentenced to jail after being found guilty of embezzling more than $600,000 of the singer’s money back in June.
As The Sydney Morning Herald reported, a judge sentenced Day to a maximum of four years with a non-parole period of 2-and-a-half years.
Accused of withholding more than $880,000 for royalties, ambassadorships and performance fees between 2015 and 2020, Day was charged with 47 counts of embezzlement, to which he pleaded not guilty. A jury found him guilty of 34 counts of embezzlement, totalling $624,675.
It was alleged that Day, who began managing Sebastian in 2009, fraudulently misappropriated payments from the singer’s tour in support of Taylor Swift in 2013, alongside $230,000 in royalties, funds from merchandise and more.
Upon receiving income for Sebastian, Day was to deduct a 20% commission and GST before forwarding on the rest. Before taking legal action, Sebastian parted ways with Day in 2017, claiming various amounts had not been submitted to him.
In 2021, Sebastian and Sony Music Australia announced a new joint venture label that will aim to discover new undiscovered talent across the country.
The singer commented, "I feel immensely grateful that we are now able to establish my own label as I feel it is so important at this stage of my career to nurture and develop other creatives. This is something I am passionate about, I find immeasurably rewarding, and it also makes me so happy. Finally a big thank you to all my fans and the industry at large; without their love and loyalty towards me and my music, I wouldn’t be here today."
