The Australian is streaming the new Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds album Push The Sky Away until midnight tonight.

Push The Sky Away was produced by Nick Launay at La Fabrique, France and is the first album not to feature founding member Mick Harvey, who left the band in 2009. It’s also the first Bad Seeds album entirely co-written by Cave and violinist/collaborator Warren Ellis, with whom he has co-written several film scores.

"(Writing with Warren Ellis) has been a real pleasure," Cave tells The Australian.

"We've worked musically with each other for years, very intimately on all of the soundtracks and stuff like that and increasingly on the records and Grinderman, but this time we really sat down and wrote a lot of songs together."

Push The Sky Away is due for release next Monday (February 18). Fans can pre-order physical copies of the album along with tickets to the Australian 2013 tour at Nickcave.com.
