It's no secret that Victoria is having a tough time at the moment. ABC's rage is helping the state find some comfort this weekend with a special 'To Melbourne, With Love' edition dedicating an episode to Victorian artists. We've found some comfort this week with these quintessentially Victorian clips. Though they may not all be from Victorian artists, they do highlight some excellent locations that we can't wait to visit. Check them out here.
Paul Kelly - Leaps & Bounds
If you ask pretty much any Melburnian about the Nylex Clock, they'll know what you're talking about - so much so that Paul Kelly even immortalised it in his 1987 track Leaps & Bounds.
Alice Ivy - In My Mind feat. Ecca Vandal
Alice Ivy's In My Mind video, featuring the incredible Ecca Vandal, is the stuff that dreams are made of. It was filmed at the iconic Cactus Country in Strathmerton.

Something For Kate - Song For A Sleepwalker
If Paul Dempsey was ever wanting to start a walking tour of Melbourne, we would certainly buy a ticket.
Anne-Marie - Do It Right
Does Anne-Marie dangling her legs off the side of the rooftop trams at Easey's burger joint make me feel a little bit sick? Yes, yes it does. Worth watching it anyway especially with so many Collingwood and Richmond locations on display. 27 million people have watched it on YouTube since its 2016 debut.
Elvis Costello & The Attractions - I Wanna Be Loved
Few Victorian locations are as equally iconic as Flinders Street Station, so really it makes sense that Elvis Costello would choose it as a filming location while in Aus. The video for the 1984 track was filmed inside the photo booth just inside the station's main entrance and a little behind the scenes birdie told us that director Evan English got Costello to stay up all night to make sure he looked the part. He's not the only familiar face you'll spot though if you look closely...
King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard - People-Vultures
The Melbourne group packed up the van and the terrifying giant vulture and hit the road to regional Vic for this one, seemingly taking flight out at Hillview Sand. That bird haunts me in my sleep.
Beyonce - No Angel
We couldn't have a Victorian music video story and not include the time when Queen Bey graced Beith Street, Brunswick with her presence. All hail.
BROCKHAMPTON - SAN MARCOS
This one might be a little harder to spot but honestly, as if we wouldn't include Brockhampton making a video out the front of Hungry Jack's Michael's Corner.
Courtney Barnett - Elevator Operator
Barnett certainly delivers with the Elevator Operator video - not only is it filmed at the Nicholas Building in the Melbourne CBD, it also features a huge cast of local and international guests. Trust us, you'll need to watch it twice to spot them all (and yes, that is Jeff Tweedy).
Hunters & Collectors - The Slab
St Kilda's The Venue may be long gone but it'll live forever with this video from Hunters & Collectors. You can also see just how much the city has changed since the '80s too with the drive outta town at the end.
Mo'Ju - Native Tongue
Directed by Claudia Sangiorgi Dalimore, Mo'Ju's Native Tongue video won't just be known as one of the best videos of 2018 but one of the most powerful of all time.
RVG - Alexandra
Oh RVG, you even make random Kew motels look good.
Faker - Hurricane
If you're looking for a striking space for a video, the La Trobe Reading Room at the State Library Of Victoria delivers every time.
Odette - Collide
A simple and effective display of the city skyline.
John Farnham - That's Freedom
Ooft, there's just something about John Farnham and the That's Freedom video that makes us real stoked. An excellent display of both Johnny's mullet and the Royal Exhibition Building.
Holy Holy - Maybe You Know
Look closely enough in Holy Holy's Maybe You Know video and you'll spot Museum Station, now Central, among the locations.
Fluorescent - Unfamiliar
Fluorescent's Unfamiliar highlights some of Melbourne's most well-known yet divisive landmarks - Denton Corker Marshall's The Melbourne International Gateway, more commonly known as The Cheese Stick. It's called culture.
AC/DC - A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll)
Name a more iconic Melbourne music video, we'll wait.
Rage's To Melbourne, With Love special airs tomorrow, Saturday 22 August, from 11am and then again at 11.50pm. Head here for more info.
