The famous home of the late Michael Jackson, Neverland Ranch, now known as the Sycamore Valley Ranch, is to be sold to the Chinese market for a cool $100 million dollars.
Though the King Of Pop moved out of the 2700-acre property some years before his death in 2009, the Santa Barbara County home is still heavily associated with the iconic singer, though now it will soon only be a memory.
As Business Wire reports, Neverland will be presented to the market by Caimeiju and will then be represented by long time client, Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby's International Realty.
"There are over two million millionaires in China right now and many in the correct age demographic to have grown up listening to Jackson," President of Caimeiju Jeff Toth said.
"It only takes one Michael Jackson fan who’s eccentric and wealthy enough to own this iconic piece of history."
Perkins called the estate the "ultimate California retreat" and confirmed that buyers around the world have already stated their interest in the home.
Originally purchased by Jackson in 1987, the property comes complete with a swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a 50-seat movie theatre, a stage designed for live shows and the famous flower clock.
