"I got to sing so many songs I never thought I would have a go at."

Another celebrity has been revealed as a contestant on The Masked Singer, with Lucy Durack unveiled as the Cactus.

The musical theatre star is best-known for her role as Glinda in the Australian production of Wicked, as well as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde: The Musical

Durack has also had roles on popular Australian television shows like Doctor Doctor, The Letdown, Neighbours and more.

"I was such a fan of the show, I did not miss one episode last year," said Durack during the program.

"The mask is so much fun because you have this freedom to just have a go. I got to sing so many songs I never thought I would have a go at. I'm normally singing all musical theatre!"

According to figures from TV Tonight, 938,000 people tuned in to the Channel 10 program to see Durack unveiled as Cactus, while 729,000 joined in for the main performance program.

It's another win for the show too; again claiming the title as the night's most watched entertainment program, beating Channel Nine's The Block on 744,000 and Seven's Plate Of Origin on 510,000 in the same timeslot.

The show also topped the key advertising demographers again too, coming in as the #1 show for the night for the 25-54, 18-49 and 16-39 demographics.

There's just five contestants remaining on the program, with characters Bushranger, Queen, Kitten, Frillneck and Puppet yet to be revealed.

Speculation is rife that I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! host Julia Morris is behind the Kitten outfit and last night's interesting take on blink-182's All The Small Things, while popular guesses include Eddie Perfect for Frillneck, The Wiggles' Simon Pryce for Puppet, Jessica Mauboy for Bushranger and Kate Miller-Heidke for Queen.

The Masked Singer returns to Channel 10 tonight from 7.30pm.
