Police made two arrests yesterday.
A Central Coast man has been arrested for allegedly supplying drugs that police believe led to the death of a young women at last weekend’s FOMO Festival.
As ABC reports, police arrested two men, aged 20 and 23, yesterday after raiding a Mount Elliott home and seizing 26 MDMA pills, 14 grams of methylamphetamine, $1,275 cash, and mobile phones.
The younger of the two is being investigated for allegedly selling drugs to a friend of Alex Ross-King, the 19-year-old who died of a suspected overdose at the festival.
Both men are scheduled to appear at Gosford Local Court in February after being granted bail.
Ross-King's death on Saturday was the fifth suspected drug overdose at a festival in as many months, with the pill testing debate now at an all-time high.
The news comes after revered festival promoter and founder of Stereosonic events Richie McNeill spoke out about the issue, telling The Music pill testing isn’t the only way drug-related deaths can be prevented.

"There’s so many other factors, it's a double edge sword no matter how you look at it. It needs real lengthy robust discussion, not quick-fix policy,” he said.
"While people push for pill testing, that alone is not the answer. I’ve done a lot of research, I’m in support of it but there are negatives to consider.
“Whether a pill is poisonous or not, there are many factors that need to be taken into consideration such as weight of the person, if the person has heart history trouble, have they eaten, what have they drunk, are they on any meds or prescription drugs?"
The Coroners Court will hold a public hearing into the five suspected drug-related deaths on 22 January.
