After over a decade of intimate fun, Maleny Music Festival shows no signs of slowing anytime soon.

Recently announcing its much-anticipated 2024 program, the festival confirms it will stay despite the current festival cancellation climate.

The festival, which will be held over two days from November 8th to 10th, will take place at the Maleny Showground in Queensland’s picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

Now in its 11th year, the festival continues to attract music enthusiasts and troubadours with its eclectic lineup and community-forward atmosphere.

This year's event will feature over 120 performances from 64 artists on seven stages, including a wide range of genres, such as folk, blues, traditional Irish, and Americana.

Anticipated favourites for the weekend include Albi & The Wolves, August River Band, and Kelly Brouhaha, among many others.

With so many facets to this Sunny Coast festival, punters are encouraged not only to discover new favourite musical acts but also to take part in the festivities themselves; singing sessions, a jamming tent, and open mic spots will be located around the site for campers and day-goers to revel in.

The festival has synthesised its program onto an app this year, debuting the feat via Instagram this week.

Organised by volunteers and operating as a not-for-profit event, the Maleny Music Festival emphasises community involvement and support.

Tickets are now on sale, and camping and day passes are available.
