Listen Out Confirms Return For 2024

Save the dates: Listen Out festival is returning to Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney this September and October, with Listen In heading back to Adelaide and New Zealand.

With the concerning time for music festivals in Australia over the last year, it’s good news to hear that Listen Out and Listen In are returning, with promoters confirming that 2023 was the festival’s best-ever year for ticket sales.

All Listen Out dates will be 16+ in 2024, with the festival tour heading to the Caribbean Gardens in Melbourne on Friday, 27 September, Perth’s HBF Arena on Saturday, 28  September, Listen In at Ellis Park in Adelaide on Sunday, 29 September, Listen In Auckland at Go Media Stadium Mt Smart on Friday, 4 October, Listen Out at Brisbane’s RNA Showgrounds on Saturday, 5 October, and wraps up at Sydney’s Centennial Park on Sunday, 6 October.

Festival organisers advise punters to stay tuned for more updates, with the line-up set to drop in the coming weeks. You can sign up to the Listen Out and Listen In Adelaide and Auckland websites to be the first to receive more information.

In a statement, Listen Out promoters commented, “It’s been a very tough time for the Australian music festival industry, and we are thrilled to be back in 2024, welcoming returning and first-time attendees through the gates.”

Last year’s Listen Out presented the biggest line-up in its history, locking in the likes of Skrillex, Four Tet, Ice Spice, JPEGMAFIA, Mallrat, Lil Uzi Vert, Coi Leray, and stacks more.
