American rapper and singer Dominique Armani Jones – known as Lil Baby – was set to touch down in Australia in October for a tour, but the shows have been cancelled.
The news arrives as he’s also cancelled an entire European tour. In addition to cancelling tour dates, Lil Baby was meant to drop a new album, The Leak$, yesterday (5 September), which hasn’t arrived yet. The Leak$ was set to be a companion record to his album WHAM, released earlier this year.
Ticketholders were advised of the tour cancellation yesterday upon receiving an email from Ticketek, which said the shows had been cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances.” All ticketholders will receive a full refund.
The notice to ticketholders reads:
LIL BABY CANCELLED
The promoter of Lil Baby wishes to advise due to unforeseen circumstances, the Lil Baby tour scheduled to take place in October, will no longer be proceeding.

The WHAM World Tour would have marked Lil Baby’s first headline tour since his 2022 It’s Only Me Tour, which included sold-out shows across North America.
According to a press release, Lil Baby is just the sixth act to score 150 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, after Drake, Taylor Swift, Future, Lil Wayne, and Ye.
